Terms and Conditions

By purchasing item(s) from Hollzie you are subject to the following terms and conditions.

  • You agree to not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or resell any products or service without the permission written by us.

  • You agree that you have twenty four hours from purhcases to cancel your order, after that this may not be seen and may not be able to be cancelled. 

  • You agree that reutrns and refunds are not permitted on personalised items, unless proof within twenty four hours of delivery is shown that is it broken or faulty. 

  • You agree that on any non-personalised items, you can return up to 30 days upon recieving your item and it much be returned wihtin the same condition that is was sold to you. 

  • You agree that you can return products on non-personalised items. 

  • You agree that it may take longer than 1-2 days first class or 3-5 days second class from dispatch due to the strikes within the royail mail service. 

  • You agree that the price of the product does not include the postage and packaging and this is to be paid seperatly. 

  • You agree that not all the products that are personalised will be the exact same, due to the all being different and we CAN NOT gaurentee for them to be the same. 

  • You agree that as all items are personalsied our turnover of 10-15 working days may increase, depending on the amount of orders that I have recieved. 

  • You agree that all products will be sent to the address that you have included once purchased, if these are incorrect please contact me, ASAP.

  • You agree that if your products get sent to the wrong address without you contacting me, the postage charge will have to be paid by the customer before resending it back out. 

  • You agree it is the customers responsibility to check that all personalisation is correct and if you notice anything incorrect then please contact me. 

  • You agree that photogrpahs of your completed order may be used to promote the business, if you do not wish for us to do this please let me know.

  • Hollzie have the right to refuse any custom that presents intolerable and rude behaviour towards our staff members, whether this is is in email, in person or over social media.
